Terms of Sale

These terms cover the purchase. The Terms of Use cover using the website. You accept these terms when you place an order.

An order is an offer to buy. The shop accepts it when it sends the confirmation. Until then, an item can sell out, and we will not charge you for an item we cannot ship.

You pay at checkout through the card processor. The shop does not see or store your card number. The total you confirm includes the items, any delivery charge shown on the delivery step, and tax when the shop is set up to collect it.

You must be 21 or older. An order placed with a date of birth under 21 is refused.

Cancelling before the order ships: write to the shop with the order number. After it ships, the Return policy applies. Cigars and samplers are not returned once shipped, except when they arrive damaged or the order is wrong.
