Privacy Policy
This demonstration collects what it needs to sell to you, to check that you are old enough, and to answer a question you send. It does not sell that information. A shop that adopts the site replaces this page with its own policy.
This version is dated October 2026. If the page changes, the date changes with it. Using the shop after that means the new page is the one that applies.
Age
You must be 21 or older to purchase. The shop is not meant for anyone younger. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, use the phone or email on Contact Us and say so. We will delete what we can find.
What you give us
- An account stores your name, email, and the details you save: addresses, and a date of birth so we can check the age rule.
- A guest checkout stores the same kind of details on that order: contact, shipping address, and date of birth. The email on the order is how we match it if you later create an account with that email.
- A phone number is stored only if you type one into an address. The shop does not require one, and it does not call you.
- Payment is taken by the card processor (Stripe). The shop stores a reference to the payment. It does not store your card number.
- There is no newsletter, no survey, and no message form in this demonstration. We do not have a marketing list to add you to.
What the site records on its own
The shop keeps a cookie so the cart, and a signed-in account, stay with your browser. The address of a page includes the country code you are shopping in. The server sees the usual request details a host needs to answer the page, such as the browser and the time of the request.
You can block cookies in the browser. The cart can then forget you, and the account can sign you out. This demonstration does not use an advertising cookie, a social-media button that tracks you, or a video tracker. The social names in the footer are labels, not links, until a shop sets a real address.
How we use it
We use this information to fill the order, to enforce the age rule, to show you your orders when you are signed in, and to answer a question you send. We do not use it to build an ad profile, and we do not sell the list.
Who else sees it
- Stripe sees what it needs to charge the card. Their own policy covers that.
- When an order ships, the carrier receives the name and the address on the order, because that is how a box is delivered.
- The company that hosts the shop can see the data the way any host does.
We do not pass your details to an affiliate, an advertiser, or a data broker. A shop that later adds email or analytics replaces this section with the names of those providers.
Changing it
Sign in and edit the account, or the address, yourself. To ask what we hold, or to ask us to delete an account, use the phone or email on Contact Us.
California residents
This demonstration does not sell personal information, and it does not share it for cross-context advertising. This page is not a full notice for a production retailer. A shop that sells to California residents replaces it with the notice that law requires, including how to ask for access, correction, or deletion, and a statement that asking will not be held against you.
